I prepaid for the room on Expedia. I was then charged for the rate again plus a $50 deposit that I still have not received. I won't ever stay at a Motel 6 again after this experience.

Front staff was able to switch room to non smoking room, however upon entering room it smelled strongly of marijuana. There was no soap or shampoo available in the room. When I asked front desk for soap I was told that it would be $4 for each, and then was told they didn’t have any available. Neither elevator on property was functioning at time of stay.
