It was very clean, the staff was courteous and breakfast was good. Bed very comfortable, floor I was on was very quiet, but best of all you have a shuttle to the airport which was very important to me and the young man driving the shuttle that morning was so kind and helpful. My coffee machine did not work, I requested another one at 6:30 am . They said yes, I waited and waited. I called at 3:00 pm and they yes we could one I waited and waited and nothing. The next day I still did not have a coffee machine in my room. I enjoyed coffee in the morning while I get dressed. I complained the next day and she said I wrote it down. No explanation! I always stay at la Quintas and always very satisfied with the service,

The room furniture was dated. The couch was sat through, dirty and there were pet's hair everywhere. The exchanged cusions weren't much better. We stayed one week and even when I tipped the house keeping, they never vaccumed the carpet and sometimes forgot to take the trash. In the first night, the smoke alarm detector in the room next door started at 5am as the guest smoked. It took the hotel staff almost 45 minutes to shut the alarm off! Neighborhood around hotel is not the best.
