The property promised to be a Hyatt Place in Bricktown and it WAS a Hyatt Place in Bricktown. Only complaint is self park is $29/night everything else met or exceeded expectations.

Clean and sanitary. Parking was right across the street. Front desk person needs user friendly behavior training. Had a language barier and quite a few people were having issues and were getting frustrated.

It was a nice place, very helpful in the Valet and the bell desk. The front desk was very helpful. But like a lot of Casinos on the strip, the slots were a little tight.
