The beds and shower was clean and check-in was easy but that's about it. Part of the popcorn ceiling in the corner was falling down. The carpet felt dirty on your feet. There was trash in the corner of the bathroom. The toilet has a hard water streak down the back. I didn't dare look closer. There were only security lights in the pool so it was not well lit. Ther chairs in the pool room were stained questionably brown.

The room was much lower in quality than what was reflected in the price and the online photos. The actual condition of the room looked very different from the pictures, with paint chipping in multiple areas, and the bathroom door appeared to be damaged, as if it had been scratched or clawed by an animal.

This was our first experience with Hampton Inn. We came here because Hampton Inn was highly recommended by close friends. This was an exceptionally disappointing experience, and it is doubtful that we will try Hampton again. In general, this property is in disrepair and is in need of being refurbished. Both elevators were out of service, which made getting to the room with our luggage and belongings difficult. However, the desk staff provided assistance to get us into the room and out of the room at our departure. Carpets are buckling in the hallways and the room. Furniture is in need of repair; door handles on the furniture, and attachment of the bedside table to the wall. There was no blackout curtain in the room, and this was reported in my initial survey about check-in. We had a service man come promptly the next day, but he did not seem to know the problems that I had identified in that survey. He was unable to do anything about the blackout curtain, and told us that we should’ve been informed by the desk staff that it was not in place when we checked in. Although the staff at the desk did not inform us, it would seem that this is an easy repair that should’ve been done to the room at some point prior to putting guests in it. The bathroom was clean, the shower worked well, and the towels were new and of good quality. However, we ran out of the bath gel before we both got showers on our third morning. Overall, this hotel fell far below our expectations for a Hilton
