Terrible

Booked this house 2 months before arrival, only to arrive on check in date for the owner to be at the home and canceling my booking when I arrived. He had me follow him to the bank for a cash refund. It was super inconvenient since we had traveled 4 hours from home for a softball tournament and had no back up plan for housing.
