The room was OK, obviously old but adequate. The only problem was the shower. The cover on the valve was broken but functional. It took forever for the hot water to arrive and then not very hot. There was mold around the bottom of the shower where it met the tile on the wall and the grout needed to be cleaned. Overall, about what I expected for the price.
