Everything but the price. Bought the room at midnight and theybshould have issued a disclunt but didnt. They also dont accept chime credit cards which also made my life a headache. Other than that they were great, helpful and responsive.

The cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The towels were thin and old and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpets in the room and the hallway was clearly dirty. The faucet in the bathroom was broken.

If you’re looking for somewhere to just stay the night it’s fine. But the building is old and the room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. We also heard someone walking upstairs for hours. It’s okay, but wouldn’t recommend for multiple nights.

Centrally located with easy access to shopping, and dining. On site, easy parking. Nicely decorated. Staff excellent to okay depending on the day. The man who checked us in was excellent. Property was very clean except in one area: the carpets in the room and room hallway smelled like mildew. The other problem: No one cleaned the room during a three day stay. Not even a garbage pick-up. The maids attempted to on the third evening after 5pm. We had returned from a full day at the hospital and were eating dinner. Too late. We were leaving in the morning anyway.

Do you want 2nd hand high or need a cold shower?

The hallway smelled of marijuana from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. We didn't have any hot water. We did call customer service twice to report it. The 1st time we were told to give it 10 minutes, he would have to go and press the reset button on the water heater. The 2nd time was 30 mins later to inform personnel of no hot water. His suggestion was to move rooms around midnight. He also stated he would have the manager contact us the next morning. Of course that didn't happen. Also, the next morning we woke up to a flat tire and we were out there for over an hour struggling and no one from the property rendered us aid. We had to find help.
