The bar and cafe never opened due to a supposed staff issue, but it was obvious that the area had not been stocked in quite some time. The internet password was kept from me. The only way that the front desk agent would share it with me was if I became a rewards "Bonvoy" member, that is extortion of my information and time. The description of the bathroom amenities stated Paul Mitchel products that were individual in the room, generic wall mounted products were present.

Stained curtains, found some hair on “clean” towels, but the least favorable part was the ceiling leak from the upstairs room. We reported it in the morning and it never got dealt with during the rest of our stay, despite talking to the front desk three times about it. We were also in a first floor room right by an outside entrance that was extremely loud and bright.
