We booked a room because we wanted someplace close to OU Children’s Hospital because my grandson was having a procedure done. The hotel was very close and the room was clean. Will plan on staying here again for any future stays involving doctors appointments. Thanks

The stay itself was just okay. The hotel was clean enough and the bed was fine, though there were stains on the bed sheets. I slept on top of them using my own cover. The hallway had a noticeable odor, the carpet had stains, and there was visible wear and tear in the bathroom. One of the elevators was also out of service, which was inconvenient. The worst part of the experience was being asked to pay an additional $50 “just in case” fee at check-in, despite having prepaid for the room. Being told this was to ensure I didn’t leave the room “in shambles” was infuriating and insulting. You are a hotel—you know the cost of doing business and maintaining rooms. This fee was not clearly disclosed upfront, and had I known, I would not have stayed here. Yes, it’s a low-cost option, but it’s better to pay a little more for a place that is better maintained, more secure, and does not surprise guests with extra charges. I do not recommend staying here or at the other hotels located on the same property. Please go elsewhere.

I stayed here to break up a long drive. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen (full fridge, stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes, utensils, dish soap, etc.) which would be great for long stays. I also noticed an ethernet / internet wall jack / port which would be great for those working and wanting / needing a corded connection rather than wifi. I didn't have a cord with me, so I'm unsure of the speed. Back to the room, it was very spacious and the bathroom had lots of counter space. The shower would have had more pressure. I had to stand under it awhile to rinse my thick hair, and the shower only allowed me to adjust the temp, not the pressure. One other minor concern was the tv remove. I swear I pointed it right at the tv, while standing nearby, but the buttons had to be pushed just right in order to power the tv on and to change channels. Breakfast had a good selection... rolls, eggs, sausage, bananas, yogurt (Chobani!), and a selection of Bigelow Tea. I used the gym a bit, which had 2 treadmills, a variety of weights, a Bosu balance half ball, and a standing machine with attachments. Plenty of outdoor parking. Overall, a good stay at a good price, which left me refreshed for the remainder of my drive the next day.

My friends first room was not good and had to be moved. My room was good. But the elevator broke on the second day and they could not get it fixed so we had to use the stairs to leave. We had went to a convention and had so much stuff so it was a little tough. Overall it was okay especially for the price.
