Checked in and the foor handle to the restroom was messed up. Took a pic and showed it to the front desk and he immediately said "it wasn't like that" which is why we showed him right away because I knew they would want to charge us for it. The first floor is hella noisy! Especially being next to the elevator, pool area and side door. The pool is not heated but it is room temperature so the kids can enjoy either way. Breakfast was mid.

We usually like coming here we always book here this go around the bed is hard and thinned out and I came in to see if early check in is available just to see if it was a option he gave a sassy laugh and said it’s only 1 check in is at 3 with a rude tone I was not demanding early check in I was just seeing if it was an option

Had to change rooms initially due to a couple wasps in room. They changed the room without questioning and we stayed 3 days slept well and enjoyed the pool. They could use more parking.
