The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and truly enjoyed having lounge access. Only complaint was having to pay 1800 yen for parking. As paying guests, this should be complimentary.

The room was clean. The staff was very professional. The amenities were great. I did enjoy the 7 Eleven Downstairs. I was able to get my coffee at 7 everyday when they opened. Nice and quiet area.

No umbrellas for guests. When requested, front desk staff asked to get one from 7-11 instead as all umbrellas were gone. Why don’t the hotel brought more umbrellas for guests? It’s a four-star hotel. Plus, there are many insects on the bathroom sink.
