The property is fine but overcrowded at the time we were there. There are few elevators and there were always lines to use them. Breakfast was also a nightmare. You had to wait long lines. The hotel suggested always to make reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner days in advance. Honestly, the last thing I wanted being in vacation is to be forced to a schedule. Also, be aware that this property is targeted for families and young kids. Not recommend if you want quiet time.

The hotel has a little bit of a dated feel though I think they tried upgrading it a bit. Location on the island itself was good for us as we spent 3 days with activities northward from the hotel. The pool was great too! However, it is not beachfront & while we can walk there, to walk back it would be uphill. The shuttle is only every hour, so it is not as convenient as I would like. Check-in is 3pm, we arrived 2pm & the receptionist said our rooms were ready but would only let us in early for 2000yen/room. I felt that out if goodwill, they should at least let us have one room free of charge. It is only 1hr & the rooms are vacant & ready! That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Parking is also chargeable at 1000yen for the stay. They have Eco Cleaning for housekeeping which meant they only change your towels & clearing trash. I think it should minimally include making of beds & also changing out used cups & mugs.
