The room was in very good condition and the staff was very professional. Very nice. My only critique is about I guess the administrative software system they have. I was actually eligible for a military discount but because I booked it through the cheap tickets website I was not able to take advantage of those savings. The cost difference was noticeable but I didn't want to risk losing the reservation so I just dealt with the cost as it was reserved. Aside from that minor communication issues, I had a very enjoyable stay.
The breakfast on the second floor was very good, did the trick and just make sure you use your coupons
This was the first morning view from my room. I loved it
It just inspired me to buy a hammock for my house. This was on my patio of my room. Awesome!

Very friendly and accommodating. No unpleasant surprises. The staff are great. We were able to check in early for a small fee. The hotel is easily within walking distance of everything in American Village. The breakfast buffet is a traditional style, so be ready for that. Taxis and tour buses are readily available. There is in room air conditioning which is important if you plan to be out walking during the day. Housekeeping on request. No problems whatsoever. I would stay here again.

Great location shame about the cost of the pool!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The downside to this hotel is having to pay per day to use the pool. No where on hotels.com does it state a fee. Around £30 per day for a family of 4. When I'm paying over £200 a night with no breakfast either I was surprised to find out the use of the pool was an additional cost.

amazing hotel, clean, quiet and close to all that American Village has to offer, beautiful views, great breakfast, spa experience was top notch, roof top pool was perfect for cooling down before checking out the sights, sounds, and smells of the night...

Hospitality was very good, outside the entrance was shopping area and so many restaurants! Great location! Breakfast buffet was nice. Fire works every Saturday. We’ll be back!
