Great experience overall. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was extremely clean and interiors modern. However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

The resort was wonderful. We booked a room with a balcony facing the ocean, and the space was both comfortable and spacious. A nice touch was the provision of pajamas for guests, which made our stay feel extra cozy. The only downside was some noise one night, as our room was located near the smoking area. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit noticeable at times. The resort also offered a great incentive for guests who opted out of daily housekeeping. We were given coupons that could be redeemed for hotel services or used at the gift shops, which was a thoughtful perk. The hotel has a couple of swimming pools. The indoor pool was particularly nice, with a sauna, although there was an additional fee to use it. When we visited, we had the whole space to ourselves. The outdoor pool, which was free to use, was also lovely. There was a designated area for young children to swim and play, and while some of the pool chairs were complimentary, cabanas were available for rent. The resort had a few restaurants on-site, though we didn’t dine at them during our stay. Overall, the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you’re planning to explore the area, we highly recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier.

The staff were fantastic and the beach was beautiful. I read comments about the beach being shallow due to low tide in the afternoon, but my husband and I were at the beach all day (from open to close) and we enjoyed swimming all day long.

Even though this hotel is far from Naha, still a great start and good neighborhood! We had a pretty packed itinerary for the 6 days we stayed but wished we left room to enjoy the hotel itself! They have so many activities and the beach is AMAZING! We were only able to enjoy the tea room, build picture frames and dip our toes in the water. If you are staying here, definitely have a hotel day! We had the Premium Club keys that grant you free entry to most restaurants and activities so try and get that one if possible.

This resort is gorgeous, clean, comfortable & the service immaculate. The pools are amazing & views beautiful. The restaurants are pricey but very good food & everything is so clean. It smells like a spa & everywhere inside & out is so clean.

We found the hotel did have an retro style elegance. However the beds were very uncomfortable, in need of an upgrade. The staff was kind but we had to ask for everything. The view is magnificent,overlooking the ocean no obstruction. We had to pay the use of the beach chairs.
