A great place to stay, close proximity to Araha beach and the American Village. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and very respectful. Rooms were clean and the view from the top floors is amazing. Plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Okinawa.

Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel really needs to be renovated, and staff at the hotel mentioned this would be happening soon. Dryer in the room was dripping water badly and did not work, but staff was prompt to send for a technician to repair it. The room is pretty clean and has a balcony with beautiful views of the sea. Can't beat the location; close to American Village, grocery stores and restaurants. This is my go to hotel when staying in Chatan.

The room was located in a very convenient spot for us trying to go to Disney Sea as it was only a 13 min walk to the park and a 10 min walk to the mall. It was awesome and everyone was super helpful in the staff, even though we did not speak Japanese. I recommend having an offline translator just in case to make things easier for both yourself and the staff in case any special requests or questions come up. Heads up, If you need to park at the hotel, there is a 2,000 Yen charge per night. There is a parking lot right across from the hotel if you prefer their rates but the hotel's parking allows for in and out flexibility if you are planning to go in an out multiple times a day.
