We had a good experience overall and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything went smoothly and we didn’t run into any issues. We were satisfied with the cleanliness, room size, facilities, and the staff’s behavior. The breakfast could have been better, but it was still decent. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Room is shabby and uncomfortable. Breakfast is good. Receptionists are extremely rude and unkind. Their attitude is basically 'don't bother me, will you?' Whenever you say anything to them, they look irritated. I have been to many hotels around the world. Receptionists at this hotel is by far the worst. Beware.

Breakfast was great and had lots of varieties. They have a great selection of Blue Seal ice cream so that was a huge plus for me! Staff were nice and efficient. Room is a bit small however. Construction was ongoing during our stay so a little but of an inconvenience. There was a bath on top floor but was unable to try. People with tattoos aren’t allowed as most public baths.

This is my second time with this hotel. This time I was lucky enough to book a twin room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities at this hotel are great This hotel also has a Japanese-style public bath, which is very nice. This hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to San-A and convenience stores. I am big fan of this hotel so I’ll be beck next year for sure!!

The room is clean and comfortable for single person. Room not very spacious but space is ample for me. Hotel is right beside naha main place shopping mall which offer free parking and near to monorail. Parking available at 1100 yen(payable every night). The breakfast buffet is great with lots of food choices at a fee at 1760 yen.
