Feel at home in our clean, fully equipped kitchen in the coastal escape on the water. Enjoy a spacious and open living space. It is only a few minutes by boat to Lake Okeechobee with some of the best Big Mouth Bass Fishing! You will find many shops and restaurants within 3 miles of the town's center. A Smart TV in the living room. King bed in the master with a large master ensuite with a vanity desk, chair, a large soaker tub and walk-in shower. Queen beds in the other two bedrooms. On the water!

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

Boats are allowed to be parked at the house.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $500. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**

We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property

No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items.

No animals are permitted in the home including visiting animals. We will charge an addition $150 per animal if you bring an animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a second-degree misdemenor that may incur up to $500 in fines and up to 60-days in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
