Vety friendly, helpful staff. Free coffee and soft drinks 24/7. The free breakfast was a combination of about 10 different breads and pastories. Great location, about a 8 min walk from the station. Family Mart 2 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants close by. A very basic hotel, still using a key to enter the room. But very clean and homely feel. Would definately recommend it and would stay there again.

It is a good deal for how much you are paying. The building may be a little old, but the staff try to make up for it with their great service. They also offer free unlimited drinks and popsicles. Super close to the station and the shopping street.

We were pleasantly surprised with the meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was within walking distance. Snacks in the lobby were nice and the hotel had a cute otter theme. Highly recommended.

Loved this place!

Very clean, reasonable price, and with friendly staff. The hotel's sea otter theme is very cute and adds extra charm to the place. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Okayama!

Fantastic service but room smelled of cigarettes

The hotel was a little difficult to find at first but once you know the way it was easy. The staff were extremely friendly and very courteous. We had a early start and informed them that we would’ve heading out before breakfast started. They set aside some snacks for us to take the next morning which was a lovely touch. They even organized for a package to be delivered to my next hotel when the Post Office was closed. We were so impressed by the amount of hospitality from the hotel. The room itself was spacious for the two of us but the only downside was that the room smelled of cigarette smoke. As a non smoker it was hard to sleep and the deodorizer in the room was utilized all night long. We had a restless nights sleep. If the rooms were not smoky it would have been a very good nights sleep.

Directions (provided by hotel) from train station to hotel were not clear, if not helpful. “Breakfast included “ was exaggerated - only coffee/other drinks and a few pre-packaged breads were offered. Adult-films TV channels were readily available when this hotel presented itself as a family friendly one.
