良い点: 1 朝食が充実して質も高い｡給仕の 女性がとても笑顔で気が利いていて◎ 2 最低限のものは揃っていて便利。 3フロントの応対が丁寧で良かった。 4 無料ドリンクサーバーが◎。 5 近所に食事できる場所があり便利。 注意点: 1 部屋が広くなく､セミダブルのベッドなので､うちみたいに3人(大2+小1)で泊まるとシンドイ。2人までならOKでしょう。 2: 11階建てだがエレベーターが一つ しかなく遅いので、待たされる事あり｡ 3 部屋のスリッパの足を乗せるところが 黒ずんでいた。時々､拭いて下さい。使い捨てもあったので、それに統一するかですね。 4 エレベーター前に置いてある新聞が 朝日新聞。売国新聞は読みません。 総評: 安いですし、華美な設備を求めず､ 2人以内で泊まるならおすすめです。

清潔感があまりない部屋

友人とシングルの部屋で別々に泊まりました。 私の部屋は、浴槽の排水口が掃除されていないようで、シャワーが流れず、フロントに言って掃除をしてもらいました。 友人の部屋は前の人のゴミがゴミ箱に入ったままでした。 2泊したけど、部屋の掃除に入るか確認されると思っていたので、確認なしで掃除入るホテルなんだと思いました。 フロントで最初の対応の時に、部屋の鍵を入り口の近くにさすと電気が付くシステムも教えて欲しかったです。

駐車場がホテルの正面に少しだけで、どこに停めればよいのかわからず、雨の中フロントまで聞きに行かなければならなかった。分かりやすく表示案内が欲しかった。朝食済み、私だけしか客がおらず、朝食会場から出ようとしたら、朝食サービススタッフでホールにいた人から、自分の食べ終わったトレーに載った食器を片付けるよう注意された。重いトレーをヨイショという感じで持ち上げたら、大丈夫ですかとスタッフが言ったので、関節の持病があり重いものを持つのは大変なんだと話したら、片付けてくれたが、他に誰も客がいないならば、客に片付けさせず、自分が片付けたら良いのではと思った。ファーストフード店でも、スタッフが清掃中、客がトレーを片付けようとしたら、大丈夫ですよと声をかける。パートスタッフだが、やはり基本的なサービスマインドは教育すべきだろうと思った。

設備は古いが清潔に保たれている。アメニティが充実していてとてもよかった（ボディスポンジ・綿棒・スリッパ２種類）。デスクの前に大きな鏡があったので、朝のメイク時に役立った。朝食も品数が多く、バリエーション豊かでとてもよかった。
