This luxurious corner ground floor offers panoramic views of the sea, the hills overlooking Marbella and the mountains of the Sierra de las Nieves, UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.



The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxation whilst remaining close to everything. Elviria town centre, with its shops, restaurants and beaches, is approximately 10 minutes' drive away. Marbella's old town is approximately 20 minutes away, and Málaga airport is approximately 35 minutes away.



The residence has two swimming pools, including one for children, with sun loungers available. Both offer panoramic views of the coast and mountains. A private parking space is included.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Marbella. Tout était parfait : l’appartement est très propre, calme, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque absolument rien, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Il est situé dans les hauteurs, avec une vue à couper le souffle, dans un environnement très calme et reposant. La résidence est également superbe. La piscine a 30 degré c’est vraiment plaisant, et la pataugeoire a fait le bonheur de notre fils, qui s’est énormément amusé. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci d’avoir trouvé cet appartement qui a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés !

Séjour dans un magnifique appartement du quartier paisible de la Mairena .

Le confort de ce vaste appartement , avec une cuisine sur-équipée et une buanderie . .Décoré avec goût, , il possède une magnifique véranda ensoleillée très appréciable en saison intermédiaire , une terrasse équipée d’un grand barbecue et un grand jardin superbement entretenu . Le gestionnaire est très sympathique et réactif à la moindre demande . Pas grand-chose , car tout a été pensé pour le confort des locataires . La propreté est irréprochable et tout fonctionne très bien . Le gestionnaire est très à la hauteur de ses fonctions .

Superbe appartement situé dans une région calme. On y retrouve de la sérénité mais aussi un confort absolu. La gestion du bien est remarquable avec des conseils et des réponses rapides à nos questions.
