The hosts were off island, which was not an issue. We communicated via WhatsApp. They sent a very detailed welcome message, with the expectations for so check in, check out, and our stay. They offered a pick up by the caretaker on our arrival at the airport and a stop at a grocery (very helpful, there was a cost). Amenities were sufficient for our stay, this location location was an easy walk to Miami Beach, and Oistins. The onsite staff was very helpful and friendly.
Stayed 11 nights in Feb 2026
