Beautiful family home renovated in 2024 between Oissel train station and the banks of the Seine... Ideally located with access via the A13 motorway and the Paris St Lazare/Le Havre train line. 15 minutes from Rouen city center and 5 minutes from the Zénith concert hall in Rouen by car. Enjoy lovely walks along the Seine to recharge, or simply relax in the garden with its sun loungers, garden furniture, and barbecue. Inside, a chic and cozy atmosphere allows you to enjoy time with family or friends in the living room. Delicious meals are possible thanks to a brand new, fully equipped kitchen... or, on the other side of the Seine, a shopping area offers a wide variety of restaurants.
