Apartment 'Würtenberger' with 1 Bedroom, Parking and Sun Terraces

The apartment has a private entrance and is located in our detached family house in a very quiet area on the edge of town. Lake Constance is less than a 5-minute walk away.



The apartment is ideal for 2 people, possibly with a baby (please bring your own travel cot) or a child (pull-out sofa bed). It is on the lower ground floor but is very bright and filled with natural light. The apartment offers one bedroom, a living room with LCD TV (16:9) and radio, and a spacious open kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, two different coffee machines, and a dining area. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The entire apartment has tiled floors with underfloor heating, making it suitable for allergy sufferers.



You have access to 2 separate sun terraces.



For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed. Please also note that smoking is not permitted in our house.



A parking space for your car and a covered bicycle storage area are available on the property. The accommodation provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on site. The apartment features energy-saving lighting.
