Wonderful mountain views and tons of outdoor space, The Shack is a great place for couples and young families alike. In the winter the log fire will keep you warm and the outdoor bath on the deck is good in all seasons. The outside space gives plenty of room to kick a ball or have a game of backyard cricket. You can also pop down to the stream for a paddle. Dogs are welcome but please note the property is not fully fenced.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Good location as a base to explore Ohakune, the mountain and surrounds. Enjoyed our stay. Bath on the deck was a plus after a day on the slopes with a great view of the mountain.
