The heat was not working correctly and had a very nice maintenance man fix it.One night the micro wave overheated got help for that, no worries.The only negative was the breakfast Monday our 1st day very good Tuesday wonderful! A huge shout out to the tiny lady preparing, friendly neat and meticulous in. all she did. Not sure of her name Colleen?Wednesday was ok.Thursday screamed leftovers from Wednesday Burnt, dry omelet,sausage , potatoes.Friday from the same attendant....Meh. Millie checked us in very friendly and kind.All in all a good stay and we would certainly stay again.....everyone is susceptible to off days. Thank you for your hospitality.

The front desk staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked. Hot food was hot and cold drinks were cold. The signage was clear to lobby, elevators, entrance to buffet, pool, etc.

The property is a great value. While we did experience some issues (malfunctioning toilet), the indoor pool and hot tub was open late, and the staff were fantastic! We were disappointed that breakfast options ran out on New Years day. But I highly recommend!

The room was very clean, staff were very polite and efficient, the hot breakfast was an added plus. We didn't use the pool but it was nice to know that you had a pool and jacuzzi. Also liked the little side store to purchase snack items, drinks and good selection of frozen foods to purchase. My only negative were the bed pillows. Way too soft and definitely need to be updated as well as the mattresses.
