The room was clean apart from the mouse running around... But, run down and no coffee maker, no shampoo in tje bathroom. Also, very few outlets.

One of the better kept motel 6 I have been to. I had an issue at check in but more the fault of Expedia being new to me and my not understanding the limits of language used on the site when it says all taxes and fees are included. That’s true only without pets and doesn’t mean damage deposits etc. The staff was on point though - kept to their standards - but did so in professional manner came up with a helpful solution and resolved the issue. I respect that.

There were a lot of homeless in the area. The staff was great but there was lots of “activity” throughout the entire night into the early morning when we left. Did not promote a safe feeling for my family.

Lovely staff there and the room was comfortable, but it had a lot of physical damage to the room. I was charged an unlisted surprise deposit which I've never encountered before. Then i walk into the room to find damage all over the place. I immediately photographed everything to document that it wasn't from me. We'll see if they refund my deposit or not. If not, i will be VERY upset. Otherwise, my stay was fine. The early morning staff was exceptionally pleasant. I have more pictures then I'm posting.
