Overall experience

Everything was clean. The front desk was helpful when we had questions. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Cactus Red’s) had a wonderful server, Amy, who took great care of us. We were just passing through but it was a good experience.

Good spot for an overnight stay with convenient freeway access. Choose a Mountain View room for less noise. Be aware there are no HDMI ports and the Wi-Fi is weak. The attached restaurant doesn’t open until 4:00 pm.

This was our 2nd year staying here during the IMBA World Finals. We love that this is the host hotel and the other riders are there. My only suggestion is to allow the kids longer to swim at night. We often got back at almost 10 p.m. and the pool was already closed.

It was just okay. The reviews rated it really highly but I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms had been updated but there were other things that should’ve been updated but weren’t like the bathroom tiles, doors, toilet grout and caulking, these things looked old and worn out. The breakfast was so gross I made my kids throw it out because I was worried about food poisoning after the sausages tasted like mint.

This is a very nice hotel. The lobby is very welcoming, and staff was well-trained and polite. Our third-floor ki g suite is fantastic with a vaulted ceiling and tons of space. We are very happy. The front desk clerk was very helpful.The hallways and rooms have been redecorated, abd everything is very clean. BreakfSt buffet is wonderful!

Affordable and perfect for us!

Very nice stop while traveling. Easy on and off the interstate. The price was affordable and complimentary drinks, snacks were offered. Breakfast was comparable to Hamptons.
