The desk couldn’t find my reservation even with my confirmation number. Then when I was trying to call Expedia, she rudely asked if I could step away from the desk even though there was no one waiting behind me. When Expedia called the hotel, another lady came out and answered the phone, and found the reservation right away.

Room was clean and pleasant. Close to shopping, fuel, restaurants, and fuel. We wanted to leave early in the morning but breakfast was late getting started which affected our travel time on the way home and notably inconvenienced other guests.

The reviews were all accurate. The price was excellent, the breakfast was all carbs so we didn’t eat anything. I had coffee, my wife had juice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
