"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the location was convenient for a short stay in Rize.
I would especially like to highlight the reception staff. They were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.
