This hotel, located in the middle of nowhere, is an example of a hotel where everything is as good as can be. The place is so clean, everything works. The Room is quiet. The staff is cheerful and helpful.

This was the cleanest hotel I have been in. Everything in the room was very clean. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. We definitely plan to stay there again. We asked for handicapped room, and the shower was very safe which meant a lot to my husband and me.

As much as I enjoy the location of this hotel, the service has decreased over the past three years. I stayed with my children over the Fourth of July weekend and there was not a single staff member insight overnight or after breakfast. There is a bell at the front desk to alert staff that you are there. However, it didn’t seem very safe to me to have no actual staff members visible throughout the property on a holiday weekend. In addition, the indoor pool water heater was broken.

Everything was good. Room was a little warm and even though thermostat was lowered the unit didnt really feel cool. Overall clean and quiet.

Room 414. Dead bugs on the window sill. Floor was wet by the window. Walls were wet. I told the front desk about the bugs, wet floor and walls. I said I would be back later and check in to see if the issues had been resolved. When I came back, nothing had been done.
