The location of the apartment is perfect, it is close to the centre, and not (too) noisy. The place itself is small, but all the necessary amenities are there. The bathroom is very small and needs repairs. Although the place looked rather clean, there were two cockroaches inside the room. I consider the place overpriced for what you get. The most annoying (and unacceptable) part was that the rental company did not send me any information concerning my arrival, nor did they respond to my queries prior to my arrival: not via e-mail, the Expedia portal, via WhatsApp nor telephone. After a short phone call with the headquarters of Expedia I was not succesful: they tried to call the company, but their phone calls were not answered either. At the late time of arrival in Odesa, no one was there to hand over the keys. Once I found myself another room in another hotel to spend the first night (stressful without proper (and costly) internet connectivity in Ukraine), I suddenly got a message on WhatsApp "Where I was?". When I managed to collect the keys, there was no explanation as to why none of my messages had been answered or acknowledged. This is a very non-client-centred attitude. It was not just annoying, but very stressful too, especially when you arrive late at night, in a city you have never been to before. I would not recommend the room nor the company, just because of the extremely poor communication with clients. The city itself is beautiful.
