Apartment 'Berndt-Mühle' with Mountain View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

You will be staying at the Berndt-Mühle, one of three post windmills in Oderwitz. Your home is the miller's house, a half-timbered Umgebinde house dating from around 1600, renovated to high ecological standards. Many original details have been preserved, and the low ceilings (partly 1.8 m under the beams) add to its special charm. Your whole group will feel at home in this spacious and unique accommodation.



The approx. 100 m² apartment offers 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine. A central pellet heating system and clay underfloor and wall heating in almost all rooms create a very pleasant indoor climate. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and video on demand are for your private use.



The detached building stands on a south-facing slope, with a view across the village to the Spitzberg and the windmill right behind it. Enjoy the shared garden, the covered and open terraces and the barbecue. Parking is available on site, as is an EV charging station. Pets are welcome (up to 4, for an extra fee).



The summer toboggan run is on the hill opposite (approx. 15 minutes on foot). The train station, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery and petrol station are all about a 10-minute walk away. Self-check-in allows you to arrive flexibly.



Parties are allowed, as long as you are considerate of others. Please use the grounds and all facilities responsibly and leave everything as you found it. There are currently minor construction works around the house, but they will not disturb you or restrict access or parking.
