Room was ok. Elevator appeared new, but the casing around it, part of the building, was rusted. Surprised no staff on duty when I arrive a little after 5.
When I checked in the front guest guy said my room would be ready by threes (it was 245. I walked up and checked and it was clean and ready to go. I told the clerk guy and he made a smart ass comment that if I took the keys - it was own me. He also made a snide comment about sticking Expedia guest in the worst rooms. It was true! Behind a stair landing with no water view. Dark, next to the elevator and right next to the ice machine which I got to hear all night long. My TV screen turned “dark”every night about 7 pm. Told a maintenance guy, he said the guy at the front desk was no good. Also, some of the lights were 25 watt and lent to the cave effect ambiance of the room.

Clean room, nice shower, great location for ferry.
Spotless room. Great bed. Great location. No servicing of the room: no bed makeup, no towels, no coffee refills, although they were available at the office, which is open only for limited hours. I would stay there again.
Off season so no one at desk but note, keys, instructions left outside Which was fine and easy and efficient. Room clean, beds comfy, GOOD coffee. Only problem was there was no hot water
We checked in at 8pm. Office was closed (they closed at 5pm) but a envelope with room keys was in a basket right next to the office door. Got to the room and it was clean. This is not a bad review against housekeeping just the management. First...I ordered a king room at a higher rate and got 2 queen beds. The TV had bad reception on almost every channel and there were 3 burn spots about the size of a quarter on the TV screen that was in the same spot on every channel. The bathroom light would be lit for 30 seconds and then start intermittently flashing. Then start flashing like it was a disco ball. And it didn't stop. There were extension cords running up the window over the curtains connecting to the light next to the bed. Basically the room sucked. For almost $200/night I feel ripped off. There wasn't much to choose from on the island so I took what I could find on such late notice. There will not be a next time.
It would have been nice if the very broken floor lamp was removed from the room. Arrived at about 5:00 p.m.. no staff on duty. Key was in an envelope, in a basket, on a table in front of the office. I would definitely stay there again, but they have some improvements to make.
