Animal House is a beautiful newly constructed pet friendly home located in Ocracoke's Pamlico Point community. Pamlico Point offers the closest access to Ocracoke's wonderful beaches. You will enjoy a short bike ride to restaurants, a grocery store, and the nearby beach access. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a reverse floor plan offering long range views from the decks and second floor living areas. The reverse floor plan offers all three bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor. The spacious open living area on the upper level features vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed. One bedroom with Queen Bed and one bedroom with Pyramid Bed (Double on bottom/Twin on top). Amenities include screened porch, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access and 2 cable TV’s. The kitchen offers a spacious bar. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk. The exterior offers covered and open decks. Outdoor shower. Covered parking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. No Smoking. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. The house was beautiful! Loved the screened in porch and seating on the upper level. Also liked the multiple deck accesses from one bedroom and dining area. The backyard area was clean and tidy for taking the dog on potty breaks at night. All of the bedrooms and laundry area were downstairs which was a plus. To be transparent, there are a lot of stairs. With the kitchen and living area being upstairs, it could be a bit much for elderly guests. I traveled with my mom, who is 81, but she’s in great shape so there was no issues at all running up and down if needed. Loved the comfy beds, all the amenities provided and the extreme cleanliness of the house. The hosts even left a Turkey pan, plates and napkins for the Thanksgiving holiday stay and a bag of doggie treats for our girl. The stay was perfect! Would definitely stay again if back on Ocracoke. A little slice of heaven not far outside the home..the beaches, sunrise and sunset.. beautiful!
