Second and third floors offer upfront marsh and sound views from many of the rooms as well as a third floor balcony overlooking the sound .
4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 3 with Queen, 1 with two Queens.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat on the second floor and PTAC air conditioning/heat unit on the third floor, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs and washer and dryer. No Dishwasher.
The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, hot/cold outdoor shower, screened porch, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.
