Inspired by the many sandbars surrounding Ocracoke Island. This deluxe suite is located on the first floor and accommodates up to four guests with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and sitting area. All suites offer high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs and premium linens. Soft sand tones throughout the suite enhance your island relaxation. Enjoy the tranquility of our village location, with easy access to the beach, water sports, nature trails, and locally owned restaurants and various other attractions.



The Space:

The property offers several common areas, including: reception area, parlor with a sitting area, fireplace and pool table, large front porch (new in 2026), two screened-in porches, library (2nd floor), roof-top deck, premium vending machine for 24 hour snacks, water refill station (hot and cold), kitchen and dining room. The property also offers access to the in-ground pool, sauna, Silver Lake dock with deck and floating dock.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire suite, including the bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed, and a full private bathroom. Enjoy amenities like air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet. Outside, you can relax on the patio or balcony, and take advantage of the free parking. Guests also have access to the communal pool, outdoor pool, and the beach. The Neighborhood:

The Castle Inn is perfectly situated right in the middle of Ocracoke Village, making it super easy to get to all the fun stuff on the island. You can stroll or bike over to cute shops, yummy local restaurants, and the pretty harbor in just a few minutes. Check out the unique boutiques, grab some delicious seafood at the restaurants nearby, or just take a nice, easy walk by the water. Staying here gives you the real Ocracoke experience, letting you soak up the island's chill vibes and enjoy being close to everything the village has to offer.



Getting Around:

The Castle Inn is ideally situated in the heart of Ocracoke Village, offering easy access to all local attractions. Guests can easily explore the village on foot or by bicycle. Public transportation options are limited on Ocracoke Island, but the village is easily walkable. Free parking is available on the premises for guests arriving by car. The Ocracoke Express passenger ferry provides service to and from Hatteras, and the ferry terminal is a short distance from the inn. Travel times vary depending on the mode of transport and destination, with the ferry being the primary mode of transport to and from the island.



Other Things to Note:

Parking for 1 regular sized vehicle (per room) is in the shared parking lot adjacent connected to the property (Lot with pea gravel) Trailers, Boats and oversized vehicles should be parked in the NPS lot.
