Parking is available for one vehicle; any additional vehicles will need to use street parking. Please note: This property is located in a quiet community, and guests are expected to follow good neighbor rules. Decibel-level monitors are in place to help maintain a peaceful environment. The home does not have A/C, but fans and heaters are provided for your comfort. Streaming services with guests' accounts: There are no package deliveries or mail service. Please make arrangements with carriers to deliver to lock boxes or the Oceanside Post Office.
