The hostess was amazing and the staff was as well. Greeted me with a warm welcome and a great smile. The place was easy to find and I had a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Online said you can do credit card deposit. I got there and they said I couldn’t, it had to be cash only. I was there before the 10pm deadline as well. The gentleman at the front in the mornings was not very helpful. Parking lot was fully empty and said there was no early checkin. The room itself was nice clean. Staff could use some work

Rooms were dirty, especially pillows, two other people in our group opened doors to rooms that were occupied, luckily they are nice people because all someone belongings were in the roooms, this happened to two different people in our group, pictures make it look nice and there’s a lounge, there is definitely not very deceiving

Staff was super friendly. Room was beautiful. Loved the location as its walking distance from the beach, stores & an in & out. Only complaint I have is the the room i was in king suite 315 i think. The bathroom door was AWFUL. It was so hard to open/close.

From the other reviews the hotel seemed like it was going to be an up kept cozy place to stay. When we arrived the entrance doors were broken and you had to manually force the automatic sliding doors open and the other side doors were completely closed off you were only allowed to use the broken front entrance, which was the first downside to the stay, we asked the counter staff what time the jacuzzi closed but that’s not an amenity they even have anymore, so then when we got to the room it wasn’t as new as the pictures lead us to believe lots of cracks in the restroom possible mold and the tub looked like someone had been standing in it with dirty feet, later on when we saw the front desk staff we had asked about breakfast and he said they start breakfast at 7:30 so the next morning when we woke up to go to breakfast the morning shift employee said no they don’t do breakfast they only hand out granola bars. It’ll we tried to stay positive and we do only stay one night but if we knew what the stay was really going to be we would have chose somewhere else.
