This is such a cool place. Great location, as it's just far away from the downtown activities that you can do beach, downtown & get to this outskirt Oasis for quiet. Clean, convenient & a great value. Close to In&Out Burger and Denny's if your looking for wallet friendly eats on the cheap. The Harbor with its shops and restaurants are close by as well. Cheers JD
