Very spacious and comfortable for couples, family and business travelers. Great location and easy walk (0.6 mile) to Tyson Street Beach. Walking distance and easy bike ride (1 mile north) to pier and downtown. Sparkling clean with new furnishing including TVs in all bedrooms with comfortable foam mattresses. Beautiful home with plenty of space for us all to spread out and enjoy our vacation. We were two families of 3. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances to make eating in a breeze. The location was perfect for our itnierary for the week. We were close enough to all the spots we wanted to visit while also not being in the busy parts of the area. The rooftop offered a marvelous view of the ocean and surrounding area. We will return!

Our host, Carolyn, was welcoming and her communication was excellent and prompt. We loved the layout of the house and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful ocean views and sounds of the waves from the rooftop patio where we also enjoyed many sunsets. We enjoyed a 2 week stay and ate many meals at the house- the kitchen was stocked with more than enough cooking and serving needs along with lots of spices. We will be back :)

Great house with ample room for a group to stay. Kitchen has all you need and more. Very quiet overall and rooftop terrace with firepit in the table is greatsuper view of the ocean. Convenient location and very walkable to many spots. Has all you need with essentials and also beach towels and chairs and sand toys. Highly recommend!

Carolyn’s communication was consistent and clear while we prepared for our trip and while we were there. The house is much larger and beautiful than the pictures show! We were in immediate awe of how warm and organized the home was! We travelled here with my husband’s side of the family, a total of 8 people. Perfect Rental

We loved this rental property… tons of space, very clean, and had everything we needed! Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and wagon. Would highly recommend staying here and we will for sure stay again when we come back!
