Please note: This is a great vacation cottage condo with super quick access to the sand (just down the stairs and through the gate). While staying in A20 it's easy to get caught up in the beach energy as you are located right on the corner of "The Strand" and Breakwater Way. The condo's unique location and balcony are perfect for people-watching and soaking up the laid-back beach vibe. On the weekends, the location turns into a car lover's paradise—you'll see every type of vehicle imaginable coast by, from classic restorations and sleek sports cars to tricked-out rides that lift, tilt, and bounce to the music. Please note that the building visible in the photos houses public restrooms and rinse stations. While this is incredibly convenient when tracking back in from the beach, it also means higher foot traffic (all part of that vibrant beach environment!).

Quick O'side Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. This unit is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach is a big plus. Parking is good as well. The space for this unit is close to the parking garage exit closest to the unit. There was plenty of room for our Ford Expedition. We just had to put the side mirrors in and pay close attention to a concrete pillar. You can see and hear the ocean when lying in the primary bedroom bed. That is a major perk for me. The one issue we had is the traffic, both foot traffic and automobile traffic that passes the corner this unit is on. On Saturday night there was local car show of low-riders on the street and they were cruising the streets, playing loud muic, and parking right in front of the unit running their engines for hours. This was filling up the condo with exhaust fumes on one of the hottest days in October. We had to shut the windows for a few hours and leave. So, it was a bad confluence of uncontrollable circumstances that made it unpleasant for us. Around 9pm all the cars went away and we opened up the doors and windows to the ocean breeze. My family of 5 was very comfortable here and loved the beach. Check in/out was easy. We will definitely stay here again.
