Beautiful Beach house, 2 blocks from Oceanside pier and beach. Very close to restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has it all. There are 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms. One of the masters has 2 queen beds, the other one has a California King bed. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom .
There is a patio in front with outdoor dining table and seating area with a large Weber gas BBQ.
Walking into the house is the family room with flat screen TV and fireplace. Next is a small game room with shuffle board, card table and a TV with video games.
Towards the back of the house is a gourmet kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 people and on other flat screen TV.
All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suites have flat screen TV's . One more flight of steps and you are on the rooftop patio , with an other dining table and a seating area.
There is an attached 2 car garage with surfboards, boogie boards, sand toys, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Also baby gate, stroller, port a crib and high chair.
The garage fits 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking available. There is also a parking structure 100 yards from the house, parking fee is $ 5.00 for the day.
The house has no AC, that is only an issue in August ansd September when it can get hot by the beach, so we installed 2 Whole House fans, one in the master with 2 queens and one in the main master BR. They have seperate controllers. So when it is hot in the house, in the evening the outside air will drop 15 to 20 degrees. Switch on the Whole House fans for an hour or 2, and open some windows, upstairs as well as downstairs. The fans will suck in the cool air from outside and blow the warm air outside through the attic. It works great and cools the house very quickly.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Absolutely loved this house and location. We loved walking to the beach and to grab yummy food like donuts and coffee right around the corner. This property was perfect for our family and best friends to join. We had 9 and had plenty of space. We loved the extra thought that went into having beach supplies and a useableGarage. Lastly we loved that we could bring our fur babies along with us. We will look to stay here again when visiting!

Fun Townhouse Beach Rental

This townhouse is wonderfully spacious and comfortable for families. The extras provided such as umbrellas, wagon, and beach toys were put to good use. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and pier and nearby restaurants. We would love to return someday!
