We got there and they told us the hot tub wasn’t working that the buffet area was closed and not serving. After much complaining, they said we could go to the resident Inn and use their hot tub. The front desk woman was a little snippy and not very nice. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The people were friendly. I loved that I just have one complaint the cleanliness of the room the bathroom it was dirty on the floor and in the crevices the water pressure is super low but other than that it was good. I would love to come back. Just more attention to the cleanliness thank you.

I booked this reservation for my step sister so it was convenient as it was located close to my house. There is a convention Center across the street but there were no events going on so traffic was not congested which it is when they're having events. The staff is great, but the parking lot is a bit small. When everyone is home for the evening so to speak and if the hotel is booked up you have to park pretty far away and the parking lot doesn't seem big enough for a completely booked hotel just FYI. And it would be nice if there was a real restaurant in the hotel. And the price is at the staff bar were rather high. Didn't use this is facility
