Charming beach bungalow

My friend of 50 years and I try to get to San Diego for a few days annually. Oceanside is an area not familiar to us (we usually stay in Mission Beach) so we were delighted to see how well their online description matched up with reality. Super clean and comfortable bungalow a block from the water. The decor is very old California beach forward. The communication with the property management is outstanding! We texted about a small problem with the plumbing, and they addressed the issue almost immediately. We were especially grateful, after a long day of travel, to find ice cold water, salsa and a bag of tortilla chips to revive us. The beds are super comfortable, The outdoor patio furniture is, too. On the downside, the garage won’t accommodate anything larger than a teeny tiny vehicle so plan on street parking.
