Inside, you'll find a spacious living area, separate den, beach-inspired décor, and a fully equipped kitchen, while outdoor highlights include a BBQ grill and a rooftop deck perfect for dining and sunset views. Guests also have access to beach gear and kids' bikes for easy outings. Parking includes a two-car garage for smaller vehicles, with street parking required for larger cars or additional vehicles. Please note check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM, the primary renter must be 25, and strict policies include no pets, no smoking, no events, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
