The house itself was beautiful, as was the neighborhood and pool, but the house had no window shades or coverings whatsoever, including bedrooms and bathrooms in direct line of sight with neighboring windows. The listing also stated 4 parking spaces, but when we received the check in info, we were informed we could not use the garage, or the outside grill.

The hose is beautiful new construction, the space is clean and kept. Disregard the images with grill, 48 hours prior to check in we were notified that no grilling allowed. We attempted to accommodate meals for 11 in the kitchen, with the upper and lower ovens turned on and multiple burners and ventilation hood operating kept tripping the breakers turning dinner calamitous. Utensils and some cookware featured for you to use had some oxidation on their surface. The same advertised outdoor living space with the grill we couldn’t use also featured furniture with no cushions, so no relaxing or utilization of space essentially. Just felt like a dangled carrot leading you on once we realized that we had no means to relax or fellowship in the space. Windows that had treatments were disposable paper blinds that in the bathrooms would fall randomly, took little effort to “restick” them but multiple windows multiple times had to be put back, silly. Upstairs climate settings were unalterable with temps reaching 75 at times rendering the rooms uncomfortable. Generally used to a cheat sheet or guide to the property to help outline use of appliances, interfacing with entertainment systems, and outlining any FYI details about the nuances of the property. The house is best suited for renters prioritizing time out and about. Made memories and the best of it, grateful for the time and space.
