Guests opting to use the amenities must pay at least 10 days prior to check in via PayPal. Guest will receive a key FOB or code for access from the clubhouse at check-in. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged $100 for replacement.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
