Enjoy the superb views from the back and front porches with sunrises overlooking the Indian River Bay and sunsets overlooking the community. Bring the kids to the spacious FREE pool and kiddie pool with plenty of lounges and tables just a 2 minute walk from the condo as well as the tennis, pickleball, 9 hole executive golf course (fee), basketball court and playground when you're not on your way to Bethany Beach just a 10 minute drive from the home. Park right in front of the home and enjoy. Bring your kayaks and launch into the Bay at the nearby launch or walk, crab or fish (with license). Walk or bring bikes to make use of the endless nature paths.



This home is 5 minutes from two grocery stores. The Bethany Beach, Ocean View area offers a wide range of wonderful restaurants ranging from family style pizza to high-end gourmet for those nights when you don't want to cook. If you're cooking at home, the kitchen is superbly stocked with everything 10 people will need to enjoy their summer vacation including a K-cup coffee pot. Please bring your favorite pods. TVs in the home are streaming only. Please bring your passwords.



In addition to what is offered at Bethany Bay and included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of the home. Every day of your stay, your group has access to one pass to EACH activity. Sometimes extra free passes can be made available. The value of these passes is over $300 per day. Beach Access & Nearby Attractions:



Only a short 5 mile drive to the Bethany Boardwalk and pristine shores of Bethany Beach, offering sun-soaked days, beachside dining, art classes at Raye of Light Studio and boutique shopping. Owners will provide an extensive area Guide including things to do in the area and restaurant recommendations. There are several state parks close by, which offer trails and an alternative to parking in the town of Bethany Beach.



**Please note you will need to provide your own bath and beach towels, bed linens and bath mats. Summer blankets and pillows are provided and checked weekly. If you do not want to bring them from home, we recommend the following local companies, which will deliver and pick up linen and beach equipment: Gale Force Rentals, Coastal Beach Services, and Sheets at the Beach** This is a no smoking and no pets home.
