The apartment was perfect for two people. It was exceptionally clean and a walkable distance to downtown. My only suggestion was if they put some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, makeup bags, etc..

My wife and I booked the room for a two day stay to celebrate our anniversary, I immediately had questions regarding the pool and the host responded quickly, communication was easy. The place is in a wonderful location, we were able to ride bikes almost everywhere we wanted to go, the room is within walking distance to the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. It is tucked away in a quiet location right across from Hwy 90. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and completely new. It was a perfect place for a couple to get some quality downtime together and not have to strain about having to travel to get somewhere. We had one issue, when we went to sleep on our first evening, we found out the box spring of the bed was broken and it caused a rough night's sleep. We contacted the host and the owners themselves came the next morning, bought us lunch and resolved the issue. They were very kind and generous, would highly recommend this place for a getaway, we stayed in the spirit hotel on apartment B.

This is not a VRBO. This is a small hotel room with a mini kitchen which is part of the same room. The kitchen has a frying pan and no cooking utensils. I asked several times for pots and pans and cooking utensils, but never got them. This is a mini house. On the Marble Springs website they say there are a pair of suites in the unit. There are actually 4 suites. There is no insulation between the lower and upper floor. I was woken up at 2:00 AM with someone walking around, and I can tell you every time they flushed the toilet. Every VRBO and hotel suite I have ever stayed in had a living/sitting area with a couch or love seat. This suite has a very small round metal table with two small uncomfortable metal folding chairs. The owner, who is not the host, was very careful in the listing to provide accurate pictures and information. I assumed since this was listed on VRBO that it was a VRBO and it was not. They simply use VRBO as a reservation service. There is even a sign on the building that says Marble Springs Hotel. My advice- don’t stay here. Stay at a hotel. At least you’ll get a free breakfast.
