The spacious living room also includes a Smart TV, making it easy to relax after a day of sun and sand. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig and regular coffee maker to start your day right.

Sliding glass doors open onto a large deck, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon drink while soaking in the views. A shared gazebo with seating is located on the walkway to the beach, providing a perfect spot to relax. Plus, you're just a short walk from the pier, where you'll find shops, entertainment, and restaurants.

Please note that there is no washer and dryer on the property, and this condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

**Important Info**: EV charging is strictly prohibited at this complex (vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.). *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
