Needs some reorganization

The location of this property is nice with a quick walk to the beach. You will have road noise from Oak Island Dr. however we didn’t feel it was bad when inside. We did not use all the rooms as it was my husband and I so we used main level. Good space, nice open area. However, the furnishings are not arranged like the photo and do not make sense. The sofa is so far from the TV. It looks like a bit of a dumping ground for furniture at this time. It is probably also time to replace the refrigerator as the ice maker is so loud it wakes you up at night. The front and back patio are lovely to have access to just be aware of the road noise. Walk to the beach is about three minutes, great access. Overall in my opinion the property was ok overall, great on location, poor on overall feel, ok on value, owners just need to stop by to give some TLC (good clean and maintenance). I hope this helps.
